Wisconsin Status States Owner is Liable for Injury Caused by Dogs
Wisconsin Statute #174.02 states “the owner of a dog is liable for the full amount of damages caused by the dog injuring or causing injury to a person, domestic animal or property.”
Please keep your dog under control at all times, especially when our employees are reading meters or servicing our equipment.
